Narayana Health launches Aarogyam: Preventive screening for busy professionals in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: Narayana Health has announced the formal launch of Narayana Aarogyam, a preventive screening initiative designed to empower individuals through early detection and personalised health tests.

Located in the city’s tech corridor at Prestige Tech Park, Kadubeesanahalli, Aarogyam targets young working professionals with streamlined 90-minute checkups, advanced diagnostic tools and four customizable wellness packages.

The Aarogyam centre is equipped with the latest AI enabled cardiac CT scanner, which offers ultra-low radiation AI-enhanced imaging for heart health.

DEXA scans are available for precision bone density analysis to detect osteoporosis risks. The centre is also equipped with Advanced 3D Mammograms that offer high-resolution breast cancer screening.

The key highlight of the screening is that there is “no need for fasting” for any of these tests, keeping patient convenience on top of mind, an official release has said.

Aarogyam provides tailored health packages for different age groups such as:

  1. Vital Care: Comprising gut health, thyroid and baseline metrics for people below 35 years of age.
  2. Prima: Heart, liver and lung screenings for those in the 35-40 years age group.
  3. Enhanced: For cancer risk profiling to people between 35 and 40 years.
  4. Comprehensive: NH’s most advanced package for all under 40 years that includes whole body diagnostics along with chronic disease markers.

Dr. Devi Shetty, chairman of Narayana Health, stated, “Aarogyam redefines preventive care by merging clinical excellence with accessibility. It is important for healthy individuals with fast-paced lifestyles to prioritise preventive health screenings. Our goal is to shift healthcare from reactive treatment to proactive wellness, ensuring that early intervention becomes a lifestyle norm.”

Dr. Emmanuel Rupert, Managing Director and Group CEO, Narayana Health, added, “By integrating AI and low-radiation imaging, we deliver hospital-grade diagnostics in 90 minutes — a game-changer for busy professionals. The elimination of fasting requirements further reduces barriers to regular checkups.”

Following a 2024 Q3 pilot to refine workflows, the centre has optimised its processes to handle high patient volumes without compromising accuracy.

Its location in Prestige Tech Park ensures easy access for corporate employees in Bengaluru’s tech corridor.
