Bengaluru: Large and Medium Industries and Infrastructure Development Minister M.B. Patil recently handed over a dividend cheque of ₹143.12 crore to Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar at Vidhana Soudha on behalf of the Karnataka State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (KSIIDC) from the corporation’s profits for the financial year 2024-25.

On the occasion, KSIIDC also presented a cheque for ₹3 crore towards the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said KSIIDC had recorded a net profit of ₹188.41 crore during 2024-25 after tax. In addition, the corporation earned ₹19.34 crore as special dividend income during 2025-26.
