This one’s ‘cart for the course,’ by Lamborghini

Bengaluru: In a landmark moment for luxury electric mobility, Kinetic Green Energy & Power Solutions Ltd. of India and Italy’s legendary Tonino Lamborghini SpA have launched an exclusive range of high-end electric golf and lifestyle carts for the global market.

This new range, themed “Lifestyle in Motion”, represents a perfect fusion of Italian design and Indian engineering, promising to redefine premium mobility across upscale environments.

The launch event, attended by dignitaries including Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal and Dr. Antonio Bartoli, Ambassador of Italy to India, showcased the commitment of both countries to innovation, sustainability and global partnership.

These stylish carts — bearing the iconic Tonino Lamborghini bull insignia —have been designed in Italy and manufactured in India, offering a range of 2, 4, 6, and 8-seater configurations.

They are tailored for elite golf courses, luxury resorts, airports, private estates, townships, and industrial campuses. The carts combine advanced performance with refined aesthetics, including:

  • Powerful 45 Nm torque with 30% percent gradeability
  • MacPherson suspension for a smooth ride
  • Li-ion batteries with a range of up to 150 km
  • Wireless charging, universal drive (left/right-hand), and smart TFT dashboards
  • Electronic parking brakes, hill-hold, luxury seating, and LED lighting

Two product series were introduced:

  • The Genesis Range – showcasing classic Italian elegance
  • The Prestige Range – delivering futuristic, ultra-premium appeal

Dr. Sulajja Firodia Motwani, Founder and CEO of Kinetic Green, said: “This JV is not just a partnership, it’s a bold leap into the global EV luxury segment. We’re bringing cutting-edge Indian EV technology together with Tonino Lamborghini’s design legacy to disrupt and dominate a $5 billion global market.”

Ferruccio Lamborghini, Vice-President of Tonino Lamborghini SpA, added: “With these carts, we are transforming everyday mobility into a powerful lifestyle expression. It’s a bridge between two worlds — Italian style and Indian innovation.”

Production is underway at Kinetic’s integrated facility near Pune, and the company is set to export through Nhava Sheva port.

Distribution has begun in India, UAE, Maldives, and Saudi Arabia, with expansion plans covering 30 countries in five years. The joint venture aims to achieve $300 million in annual revenue and establish a commanding presence in the luxury electric mobility space.

This launch signals not just a new product line but India’s confident step into global luxury EV markets — delivering sustainable sophistication, one electric ride at a time.
