M.G. Balasubrahmanya takes charge as Director-HR at HAL

Bengaluru: M.G. Balasubrahmanya has taken charge as Director (Human Resources) at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).

Prior to this appointment, he held the position of Executive Director (Human Resources) at the HAL corporate office.

Balasubrahmanya holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) from the School of Social Work, Mangalore University.

He also holds a Law degree from Osmania University and is a certified Internal Assessor for Competency Assessment.

Balasubrahmanya began his career in HAL as a Management Trainee (Personnel) in 1989.

During his career spanning over 35 years in HAL, he has made significant contributions to the entire spectrum of Human Resources including Industrial Relations, Legal and Disciplinary matters, Training and Skill Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Facility and Estate Management and Vigilance – at the divisional, complex and corporate levels, an official release has said.
