IIM-Bangalore invites applications for its Executive Education Programmes; first batch from 24 July 2025

Bengaluru: Executive Education Programmes (EEP) is set to launch a unique leadership programme designed for Global Capability Centres (GCCs) titled, ‘Leadership Programme to Build Resilient GCCs’, with the first batch starting classes from 24 July 2025.

As GCCs continue to evolve beyond support functions to become centres of excellence, innovation and strategic co-creation, leadership demands have become more complex than ever.

This initiative is uniquely designed to empower GCC leaders with the skills, strategies and global mindset required to drive transformation, innovation as well as sustainable growth.

The last date for accepting applications is 24 June 2025. Visit: https://eep.iimb.ac.in/  for more details or get in touch with Emthias Asin at emthias.asin@iimb.ac.in.

The leadership programme will offer a curated, experiential learning journey to help leaders effectively navigate complexity and create impact.

It is a 10-day on-campus programme spread across four months. The highlights of the programme include sessions on global leadership frameworks tailored to the GCC context, immersive workshops to analyze and craft strategies, deep dialogue with industry leaders, and an opportunity to learn from a high-powered peer group.

Participants will create and take away a personal roadmap towards becoming global leaders and a future-ready GCC strategy blueprint.

A certificate of participation will be awarded by Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore to participants upon successful completion of the programme.

The programme is aimed at professionals with over 15 years of experience, who are in leadership positions in GCCs responsible for business growth and strategy.

The curriculum has been developed jointly by IIMB faculty and industry leaders.

It will be delivered by faculty of IIMB, leading practitioners and industry thought leaders.

“Today’s GCC leaders are not just operational heads – they are global strategists, innovation stewards and change champions. The IIMB programme is designed to help them rise to the related challenges with clarity, agility and purpose,” says Prof. Srivardhini K Jha, Chairperson of NSRCEL faculty of Entrepreneurship, and Programme Director, has said.

Padmini Srinivasan, Chairperson, Executive Education Programmes and the Centre for Corporate Governance and Sustainability, and faculty of Finance and Accounting, said, “Leading a GCC demands strategic vision, influence and the capability to drive global transformation. This programme reflects IIMB’s deep commitment to addressing the evolving opportunities and challenges facing GCCs in India. Equipping senior leaders with the strategic insight and leadership to shape and steer global organizations, is both timely and essential.”
