Special Express trains announced between Bengaluru, Belagavi and Mysuru for Dasara season

Bengaluru: South Western Railway has announced the operation of special trains between Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru–Belagavi–Mysuru to clear the anticipated extra rush of passengers during the upcoming Dasara festival.

The details are as follows:

  1. Train No. 06271/06272 SMVT Bengaluru–Belagavi–Mysuru Express Special (1 trip):
  • Train No. 06271 will depart from SMVT Bengaluru at 7:00 p.m. on 30.09.2025 and reach Belagavi at 07:30 a.m. the next day. The train will halt at Chikbanavar, Tumakuru, Arsikere, Birur, Davangere, Harihar, SMM Haveri, SSS Hubballi, Dharwad, Alnavar, Londa and Khanapur stations.
  • Train No. 06272 will leave Belagavi at 5:30 p.m. on 01.10.2025 and reach Mysuru at 07:45 a.m. the next day. En route, the train will stop at Khanapur, Londa, Alnavar, Dharwad, SSS Hubballi, SMM Haveri, Harihar, Davangere, Birur, Arsikere, Tumakuru, Chikbanavar, Yesvantpur, KSR Bengaluru and Mandya stations.
  1. Train No. 06273/06274 Mysuru–Belagavi–SMVT Bengaluru Express Special (1 trip):
  • Train No. 06273 will depart from Mysuru at 11:45 p.m. on 02.10.2025 and reach Belagavi at 12:30 p.m. on 03.10.2025. The train will stop at Mandya, KSR Bengaluru, Yesvantpur, Chikbanavar, Tumakuru, Arsikere, Birur, Davangere, Harihar, SMM Haveri, SSS Hubballi, Dharwad, Alnavar, Londa and Khanapur stations.
  • Train No. 06274 will depart from Belagavi at 5:30 p.m. on 03.10.2025 and reach SMVT Bengaluru at 5:00 a.m. the next day. It will stop at Khanapur, Londa, Alnavar, Dharwad, SSS Hubballi, SMM Haveri, Harihar, Davangere, Birur, Arsikere, Tumakuru and Chikbanavar stations.
  1. Train No. 06275/06276 SMVT Bengaluru–Belagavi–SMVT Bengaluru Express Special (1 trip):
  • Train No. 06275 will depart from SMVT Bengaluru at 7:00 p.m. on 04.10.2025 and arrive in Belagavi at 08:25 a.m. the next day.
  • Train No. 06276 will depart from Belagavi at 5:30 p.m. on 05.10.2025 and reach SMVT Bengaluru at 5:00 a.m. the following morning.

En route stoppages: The train will halt at Chikbanavar, Tumakuru, Arsikere, Birur, Davangere, Harihar, SMM Haveri, SSS Hubballi, Dharwad, Alnavar, Londa and Khanapur stations in both directions.

Coach Composition: All the above trains (06271/06272, 06273/06274 and 06275/06276) will run with 1 AC 2-Tier, 3 AC 3-Tier, 10 Sleeper Class, 3 General Second Class and 2 SLR/D coaches (19 coaches in total).

Passengers are requested to make use of these special train services during the festive season.
