Bengaluru: Reinforcing its commitment to transforming road safety worldwide, Netradyne, a leading provider of AI-powered fleet and driver safety solutions, has announced its strategic partnership with Eminent Transit, one of India’s largest corporate mobility providers.
This marks a significant step in Netradyne’s growing influence in the employee transportation and executive travel segment, as it expands its presence and deepens its impact in India and beyond.
At the core of this collaboration is Netradyne’s flagship technology — Driver•i, an advanced fleet safety platform that analyzes 100 percent of driving time through AI and edge computing.
Driver•i delivers real-time insights to reduce risk, improve driver behaviour, and enhance passenger safety, making it one of the most sophisticated solutions in global fleet management today.
“Eminent Transit’s reputation for delivering executive-class transport solutions across 160 cities in India aligns perfectly with our vision to make mobility safer and smarter,” said Durgadutt Nedungadi, Senior Vice President, EMEA and APAC at Netradyne.
“Our partnership is not just about scaling operations; it’s about setting new standards in how safety and technology work together to protect passengers and elevate driver accountability,” he added.
With this deployment, Netradyne continues to strengthen its footprint in India, where its technology is already trusted by over 70 organizations, including industry leaders such as Shell, Indian Oil Skytanking, Writer Safeguard, and Greenline.
Eminent Transit’s integration of Driver•i reflects a rising trend among corporate fleet operators to prioritize passenger protection, particularly for women employees traveling late at night, and to use data-driven insights for operational efficiency.
“Deploying Netradyne’s Driver•i platform enhances the safety, reliability, and responsiveness of our fleet,” said Ravi Kiran, CEO of Eminent Transit. “It empowers us to offer more secure travel options to our clients while helping our drivers improve performance in real-time.”
Global momentum: Netradyne’s expansion to 15 countries by 2026
The partnership with Eminent Transit coincides with Netradyne’s global expansion strategy, which will see the company operational in 15 countries by the end of 2026.
Already active in markets including the U.S., Canada, India, U.K., Germany, Australia, and New Zealand, Netradyne will launch in Japan and Spain in 2025, followed by Ireland, France, and Italy in 2026.
With over 450,000 vehicles equipped with its technology and a client base of more than 3,000 organizations, Netradyne is playing a pivotal role in redefining road safety standards worldwide.
The company’s India R&D centre, based in Bengaluru, is a powerhouse of innovation — driving design, development, and global support for its AI-driven solutions.
“We are not just growing geographically — we are scaling intelligence,” Nedungadi added.
“Our vision is to bring the power of real-time safety and behavioural coaching to every fleet, in every region, by combining deep tech innovation with practical fleet insights,” he added.
Driving India’s safety transformation
As a recognized player in India’s mobility ecosystem, Netradyne is also actively working with government stakeholders like NITI Aayog and the Ministry of Road Transport to apply its technology in areas such as driver drowsiness detection, road behaviour analysis, and safety policy support.
Its deep learning models and edge computing capabilities make it uniquely positioned to solve real-world safety challenges in both public and private fleet sectors.
Earlier this year, Netradyne raised $90 million in Series D funding, reaching a valuation of $1.34 billion and entering the Unicorn club.
With strong backing from marquee investors such as SoftBank, Reliance, Microsoft’s M12, and Point72 Ventures, the company is well poised for its next phase of growth.
